About Dr. Laura

Dr. Laura Pardue, a 1993 graduate from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA (now Life University), established a family practice in Stamford in 1995, then in Norwalk in 2010.
For her, practice has always focused on a true appreciation for the body and mind and how to best assist nature in restoring health.  Her love of people (especially children) is apparent throughout the office.
Dr. Laura cares for her patients using a variety of specific and gentle adjustments that are greatly embraced by those patients that have had apprehension towards traditional chiropractic adjustments. Her techniques include low-force specific adjustments, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, NET, TBM, and EFT, as well as lifestyle/nutritional counseling.  Dr. Laura is also Board Certified in Neurofeedback through Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), where she holds the status as an Associate Fellow.
In 2022, she became an Amen Clinic Certified Brain Health Coach.

The Neurofeedback Protocol

Measure

Highly sensitive sensors record your brain's electrical activity. We don't put anything in; we only listen to your natural rhythms.

Visualize

This activity is mirrored back to you in real-time through audio-visual feedback. Your brain recognizes its own patterns.

Reinforce

When your brain moves toward a healthier state, it is rewarded. Over time, these pathways become the "new normal."

Drug-Free Solution

Addresses the root physiological cause rather than chemically suppressing symptoms.

Data-Driven

Protocols are based on your specific QEEG brain map, not a generic diagnosis.

Lasting Regulation

Once the brain learns a new pattern, it retains it, unlike medication which wears off.

Safe for All Ages

Gentle enough for children with focus issues and enough for executive performance.

Objective Science, Subjective Relief.

We don’t guess; we measure. By identifying exactly where your brain is struggling, whether it’s over-arousal leading to stress or under-arousal leading to focus issues, we can create a targeted map for improvement.
